I grew up the son of a rancher in Emmett, Idaho. I met and married Jennifer in 1986 while attending Boise Bible College. We have two wonderful children, Austin and Autumn. Besides my work alongside God’s people in churches in California, Idaho and Oregon, I have worked the range, farmed, delivered newspapers, been a custodian, worked retail, opened and sold my own successful business, held a job with the federal government and been a caregiver to my grandfather. However, God’s call to be a pastor of His people is my life purpose. I’ve often said if God would allow me to be satisfied doing anything else I would, but God has called me to guide His people and I’ve quit fighting it. At least most of the time!
